When I give you the keyword wild boar - what do you think of? Asterix and Obelix? Or a hairy pig's head with sickle-like, pointed canine teeth sticking out of its mouth on the right and left? Most - I suspect - are associations of a stereotypical kind. Simply because very few of us have had the opportunity to observe and study wild boar undisturbed over a longer period of time and thus form a picture of the animal's traits and character from our own experience. Needless to say, this is exactly what happens to us over and over again in our daily lives with other people: we have our clear opinions and perceptions of others - such as celebrities or sportsmen or politicians or neighbours or bosses and employees. This is despite the fact that we have had and still have very little to do with them. Therefore, I advise restraint. Maybe they - like the wild boars - are quite different from what we think.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
