The yo-yo effect means that after dieting for a short period of time, people often gain weight very quickly. In fact, the initial weight is often even exceeded. This means that you weigh more afterwards than before and achieve exactly the opposite of what you actually intended. Stupidly done. Reasons include the fact that the body reduces its energy consumption during the diet and if you eat again afterwards as before, you have a calorie surplus and/or you do not change your diet in a sustainable way. Such yo-yo effects can also occur in relationships: one plans to change one's behaviour towards others and actually does so, and during this phase one actually achieves a higher quality in the relationship - but then unfortunately falls back into old patterns and it becomes worse than before. Do you know this? Do you perhaps have an area that you should change in a new and sustainable way?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
