🍎 The Real Formula

Once I committed to tracking, the rest started falling into place:

  1. Dialing in my diet — eating intentionally instead of accidentally.

  2. Consistent exercise — nothing crazy, just showing up daily.

  3. Momentum — when I saw progress, I wanted more progress.

  4. Identity shift — I wasn’t “trying to lose weight” anymore…
    I was becoming a healthier man — a stronger husband, father, athlete, and leader.

And over time…
