This week we want to bring awareness to the mental health of men. Based on afsp.org, in 2019, Men die from suicide 3.63x more often than women. Men usually keep emotions to themselves and it impacts their well being. On the show, Anali and Santy will be asking questions to Javier to get a perspective of how men deal with emotion. We will be asking why men decide to not express their emotions, even with family. We will also discuss what we can do to support both men and women. One of them is getting informed and seeing the perspective of men. We would like for our audience to contribute and give more support to men.
