Together with some friends, they founded the GLAS Animation Festival in Berkeley, California. (GLAS = Global Animation Syndicate) The festival started in 2016 and is already well established in the animation world.

Jeanette & Sean are also members of the Late Night Work Club which became super successful in the Vimeo Community. The LNWC is a group of autonomous animators not knowing each other personally but working together for a long indie animation anthology.
