🤷‍♂️Tight shoulders? Try this stretch…

Most new clients I see have very tight shoulders. 

Here is an easy stretch to help.

They are called pass throughs. Stretch out a band or use a piece of pvc or broom handle.

Elbows locked out, pass all the way around your head. Don’t force the stretch, if it’s too much to a wider grip.
