Protect Black Women! I guess the Oscar's ain't so WHITE after all. Well, there's a thin line when it comes to joking about a person's loved one. Y'all remember when you were a kid, and if a roasting session turned into talking about "ya ma"....whew chile those were fighting words. I will clarify we DON'T promote violence on our platform. But listen here, there does come a time when you have to protect your family at all costs, and most importantly your Queen.
We're chatting about the Will Smith slap that was put on Chris Rock tonight. Will and Jada have been the joke in the media since the whole "entanglement" situation, but disrespecting someone's spouse is never acceptable. Especially since Jada is struggling with health issues. Yes we know it's comedy, but Chris really should have chosen another joke. That wasn't cool, but I guess Will is letting it be known y'all betta quit trying him and try Jesus!
On a positive note, hats off to Will for protecting the black actresses that brought "King Richard" to life. Stand up for yourself, and demand your worth is what the amazing and talented Aujune Ellis did for her role in this film. Congrats sis, we're here for it all!
