In today’s episode, we see the return of a system we hoped to never see again, PBIS Rewards. Just like tardy sweeps, PBIS is here to stay whether we like it or not. But has anything changed since last school year? That’s what we’re here to find out. Analyzing the flaws of a system purchased with taxpayer money. Contemplating the importance of negative reinforcement. As well as sharing our distaste for the lack of incentive. Disapproving of the fact that teachers must pay for these incentives and not the administration themselves. Join us in an episode filled with rants and opinions, even going as far as to compare admin to the communist party, as we attempt to solve this problem as well as bring you the viewer, a new perspective on the matter.
