Birthday Cocktail for the Event/POEcast:

The Six Degrees of Edgar Allan "Tiki" Poe

1.5oz Cognac

1.5oz Amontillado

1oz Blood Orange juice

.5oz Falernum

.25oz Simple Syrup (2 to 1 mix)

4 dash Smoke Chili Bitters

Combine all ingredients into shaker and shake over ice. Strain into Mai Tai glass and fill with pebble ice.
