CW: brief mentions of suicide
It's that time of year again: spooky content time! This October I am kicking off with a discussion of The Babadook, an Australian horror film from 2014. While the central monster is a spooky lil guy, the film actually has a lot to say about living with grief. I discuss the themes of bereavement in the film, as well as some tips for dealing with traumatic grief.
