Purpose by Design welcomes Fernanda Castaneda: the COO of ‘The Million in You’ - a company that is led by Jon Talarico, a former guest, my coach,and founder of The Million in You.
Two years ago, Fernanda was a nurse practitioner who battled with depression and anxiety, not feeling fulfilled with what she was doing in life. One day she heard a speaker talking about mindset, and after 32 minutes of listening to this, something had already shifted within her. Fernanda found out about The Million In You and she joined the program and 2 months later, her life was changed. Shortly after, Jon Talarico asked Fernanda to come on board to help grow his Spanish following. Fast forward a year, she’s the COO and helping change people’s lives daily!
Fernanda's story is absolutely amazing! She shares about how she got off and stayed off medication. How she used to say things about her life that her body would listen to like, “I’m sick”.
Fernanda explains how mindset change is everything when it comes to experiencing success. It is truly the key to everything in life. Fernanda says we are the author of our life story and what we tell ourselves is powerful because what we tell ourselves, we believe.? Fernanda gets personal sharing about her children.
