This week on Purpose By Design we welcome Vicki Meyerding. Vicki and her husband, Case are traveling ministers. They work deeply in the Native Nations (First Nations) throughout the United States. Vicki and her family presently reside in Roseville, Minnesota.
Vicki and Casey bring truckloads of donations into areas that are hit hard by floods or other disasters. This gives them the ability to develop relationships with people while being an example of faith and love. Vicki is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.
Vicki's summer go to drink is the iced coffee and also Kabucha.

Vicki opens up her interview sharing her challenges growing up and encourages us that no matter what the challenge is they and can be overcome(7:41)
Vicki shares about being molested and raped. Which began for her at the age of 9 months(10:20).
Vicki grew up with a very low self worth/image. Which made her vulnerable and gullible to whoever or whatever would come along. Vicki ended up on the strip circuit in desperation to make money. Vicki explains how she understands being controlled, living in fear and feeling enslaved with no way out (14:10).
Vicki shares how she finally was able to escape from that lifestyle. (16:00) It all began when Vicki went to an audition. Which ended up being a church production. Where for the first time Vicki said she experienced "Real Love". Her life began to change and Vicki began discovering her Purpose !
Vicki say's her constant giddiness and joy is because, she is no longer a victim. 23:00
Because she can identify with being a victim and being victimized.Vicki is able to help so many people come out of that mentality (24:10)
Vicki gets gut to gut real when talking about rebuilding our Nation(29:15) and gives amazing advice on how to help EVEN if you feel so hurt and angry that you don't know if you can help. Vicki talks straight forward about the power of real listening and forgiveness.
Vicki closes her podcast with a heartfelt petition for all of us to hit our knees in prayer.
