🔸 Brandon just got a promotion hours ago, he’s at work & riding high. But there's also a critic, judge, saying he can’t handle it. It's always there in his IFS work, and it’s time we get to know him.

• afraid of judgement from mother, not being listened to. 
• rather be relaxing, weapons down 
• thinks he’s 8 
• needs time, time with Brandon
  

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

A part of me wanted to push on the mom thing when it came up. Like when he said “there’s no rhyme or reason” I sort of wanted to shout. But. Like he said, as long as he spends the time, it will come.
