She seemed nervous. Kinda makes me nervous. And I don’t know what to say in those situations. Should I just say “hey, you nervous?” Or explore concerns? Or is that exile energy that we can somehow address and ask to step back? Or is this just common for first-time callers, something I shouldn't be too concerned about?
