At times I felt like I was being too pushy and talkative, not so warm and receptive. But I had some context about Luke, he told me how much he has studied IFS and how much he has listened to the podcast, so I felt more free to push when some of his parts seemed to distract or dominate... Or am I trying to justify being not-so careful?
