🔸 After negotiating with multiple protectors, Daniel makes contact with the exile. My prediction from last time seems to be bearing out. I believe he's well-calibrated, so I stay quiet to avoid pulling him off course.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

• The Loving & Strict Father says "you ARE worthy, don't waste you're time validating those feelings of worthlessness"
• The Fear of Pain thinks he's 5
• Grief for not doing it sooner
• Anger and fear of it getting out of control
• Caretaking, giving hugs
• The Exile: (judging as?) Worthlessness

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

A logistical challenge: I feel tied to the microphone. When I have some physical pain creeping in, I haven't felt free to pause, get up, walk it off, as I would under any other circumstance. 

My "obsessed with audio quality" part has always been a hindrance to this project, I can point to several occasions of it giving rise to the opposite of its intent. I'm changing my setup now and daring to extend the same grace that I offer callers to myself: James, what matters most is that you are comfortable.
