🔸 The lost Episode! This is the first IFS session I recorded for a public audience, before the podcast was conceived. I had been doing regular peer work with others for less than one month. Clare is a friend. This is our second time working together like this. This is also the only not-over-the-phone session (as of Dec '21), we are sitting together in her kitchen.
