• In chest, hot
• Concerned about not being understood. Deeper concerns point to teenage part, pain of not belonging, not being enough.
• Rather relax
• Needs to be able to witness from a distance, and to find some authentic feedback.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was surprised by the young part showing up, and with that level of emotion. Had this not been our first call, I would have been more willing to dive in.
