🔸 Through a sandstorm we arrive with an exile*, murderous rage says it wants out, and we get creative in handling overwhelm.

• Running from danger, "We need to save me" protects/related to:
• Hopelessness "you'll get nowhere" and anger "you didn't want us so we don't want you". Suppression of rage. Anger toward parents.
• Anger toward parts that don't trust Self
• Idolizing parents.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was just running in from outdoors (emergency beekeeping) to take this call, not as prepped/grounded as I would have liked. At times I felt too directive. Daniel has a very detailed/clear picture, and a good feel for the direction of the work, and I feel like I'm muddying things up, taking shots in the dark. The antidote is curiosity and creativity. I think I got there towards the end.
