🔸 Alinda is ready to meet younger parts, but it's our first call, so I’m being cautious & insisting that we spend some time with protectors. There are some tears, but I think we did great! And maybe I finally did the right thing w that upfront presenting fear!

- A crushing feeling in chest, avoiding the work - afraid she will learn too much, not be able to handle it - rather be helping her handle it! - thinks she’s 6 - needs her to be more forgiving of self
🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
I wanted to work on being warm & connecting during our chat before the session. But i did a bad job of it. It's hard starting w little info (for both parties).
