🔸 How to care for nervous

🔹 Parts:

• P: Nervous has been knocking on my door for a long time. Pre toddler
• P: analyzing is default mode
• E: Sad when cared for, in the corner playing w dolls. Toddler, 3ish. Seems content. Mysterious.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

First-time callers presenting w “Nervous, about to cry” remains one of the trickiest situations for me. It’s not obvious if we’re with a protector or exile, and my own nervous parts worry we’re gonna say something that exacerbates it.
