The Dictator. - Tension in the neck, head, shoulders, everywhere - Fear that the whole system is doomed, psychotic, irrational - Rather be relaxing - Thinks she is 5 or 10. - Needs a rational approach.
🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
I was working on connecting pre-call. I wish I was a little more prepared for parts that are this dominant / stubborn. I think we made headway, but I was a little on edge, thinking I would lose her any minute.
