🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
This is the type of call I mark as "to revisit with a supervisor". Some people are simply overwhelmed, in tears. I try co-regulating... At least I didn’t panic. Wouldn't call it a complete failure, just tried a lot of different approaches. Please send your comments/feedback on this one!
