Learner engagement is enhanced with technology. This week we talk with Kent Gardner and David Aylor, who are Co-Directors of Instructional Technology for the Academic Technology Office (ATO) at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Their roles involve helping faculty, staff, and students access technology to make learning happen. Kent and David discuss the future of academic technology and give us insight into making better use of Microsoft Teams, which became ubiquitous during the pandemic. Learn more about ATO, and UofL community members interested in the VR/AR interest group can search “Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality in Education” in Teams and join the channel.
