What is it?
DLC is a fancy name for the District Leadership committee who is here to help with selection for Area and Division Directors and others in the District support team :)
In general, in a few months, we learnt what is behind it and right now, we practice how to find the best possible Area Director. I'm eternally grateful for my partner in crime, an amazing lady from Czechia who is always sure to ask the right questions <3
