DAY 14: Coming to you from Judith Mountain Lodge, just outside Lewistown, Montana. We picked up a day yesterday by getting into Great Falls Montana a day earlier than anticipated. ⏰ ✅ We actually stopped a little bit short of what the route was because there's a bunch of construction outside of town. So rather than it being a 100 mile day, it wound up being a 75 mile day. That’s okay, all part of the gig. Tomorrow’s a rest day, which will be good. The most interesting part of the day was riding along the highway and this helicopter swooped down on us. 🚁 In fact, it was a little scary as it circled around us. Later on a police car pulled us over and said that there was a convoy coming through with a wide load so they wanted to make sure that we were far enough off the side of the road so we would be safe. It was a nice day, cloudy and cool at 60 degrees. We made good time and we're looking forward to a rest day tomorrow here at the lodge.
