Council approved applying for a DNR grant that would rest of the project, and a lively discussion about proposed changes to Rules of Order and Procedure. One of proposed changes prohibits virtual public comment and it clarifies that the City will take public comment only in person and by email. The changes were not voted on and council will hold a workshop to discuss further.
