We can all agree that for the victory to be sweet the journey needs to be bitter at times. So trust the process they say, but how do we know if this path or process is worth trusting? This is Reality Check, where we discuss important topics and concepts that form the foundation of our lives, and yet need to be contemplated so that perspectives may open the way to fresh new takes and hopefully help us deal with that nagging feeling of being stuck.
