steve.jones@ccofqc.org Having vision for what God is doing and what He wants is crucial in these last days. Think of it, Daniel and his 3 friends had vision for God’s purpose, and God would use them to direct 3 gentile kings and bring Israel back to His house and His testimony. If we do not have God’s vision then we have nothing controlling us. To live in this current age without His heavenly vision is to become vulnerable by default to whatever else is available in society. Man's thoughts, concepts, values, and degraded morals will gradually take us over. Do you see His purpose? He as with Israel desires a house but not one made with hands. We the church are to become the New Jerusalem, humans like you and I must conform and be living stones for His eternal temple. We are not simply going to a place but we are becoming something. What is governing you in these last days? We are no different than all the saints: i.e. Noah (controlled by vision of Ark), Abraham (governed by Gods vision of the land) Moses (by vision of tabernacle, back to promise land), David (…restrained by vision Gods house) , Daniel (fixed on getting back to Jerusalem and the Gods house ), Jesus (governed by the Father’s good pleasure) and the Apostles (controlled by vision of Christ and the church as Gods real house), All controlled by revelation received by God. That’s vision! When we have vision, we have meaning, we do not live for this age but instead are controlled by His purpose. Learn Gods eternal purpose and let it govern you. So many believers are distracted. They are attending church meetings on Sunday, but practically speaking there is not much reality in their daily life. Why? Because they lack vision.
