The dividend aristocrats are an elite group of dividend stocks with a history of at least 25 years of consecutive dividend growth. This measure alone makes them excellent dividend stocks to consider for your portfolio. But as investors we always seek a better way to find dividend stocks. Instead of thinking of random ways to select stocks its best to borrow or built upon already existing strategies that are proven to work. That's exactly what I did I merged SCHD's stock selection methodology with the Dividend Aristocrats. I launched this mock portfolio on November 1st, 2022. Today I want to share the initial results with you and give you a look at the actual portfolio. I also built a second portfolio using slightly modified stock selection criteria to put my own twist on this strategy. I hope you enjoy!
