In November of last year I launched my 4 factor dividend growth portfolio built on a modified SCHD stock selection process. The portfolio got off to a nice start, outpacing the S&P 500 by 7.66% in November. Since then the performance has cooled off a little but overall the dividend growth portfolio is very well. It is outperforming the S&P 500 index during the last 7 months and delivering better returns than I expected. It is a passive approach to stock selection and I'm optimistic it can deliver excellent long term results. I hope you enjoy the review.
