I'd like to share my vision for building a dividend portfolio from scratch. You never know when the time will come where you will be faced with the burden or opportunity to build a portfolio from scratch. Maybe you're looking to start a new portfolio or you're forced to move your 401k to an IRA. Whatever the reason for building a new portfolio it's good to have a plan ready.
