Podcast Notes: The key to incorporating Self-Care & Wellness into your life is trying to think about wellness as something you can carry into your everyday practices rather than something to check off your “to-do list” as another task. Here are a few ways to begin your personal self-care and wellness journey:
- With COVID-19, we have entered “Zoom Mania”, a stressful environment where we are constantly on our computers connecting with people through zoom. Laura likes to take 5 deep breaths in between every zoom call to ease some of this stress. - As Carletta mentioned, she tries to incorporate at least 15 minutes of yoga into her daily routine.
