How do we create sustainable energy and systems when it comes to entrepreneurship?
With so many tasks to do, and creating exceptional client experiences, having systems that support our energy and business growth is so important.
Joining me for this episode is Christina Asai, a Business Coach focused on helping Business owners who know visibility is an inevitable part of doing business online and who desire to do it in a bigger, effective and genuine way.
Leaning into her background as a former sales director and 20,000+ hours of mindfulness practice, Christina is most recognized for her holistic approach to helping business owners overcome mental roadblocks so they can own their unique story.
As a result of working together her clients have landed speaking opportunities, corporate partnerships with companies ranked on Fortune’s ‘Change the World’ List, and podcast appearances as guests in their area of expertise.
Specifically, we talk about:
- The power of messy action
- The building blocks behind bringing your vision to life
- The importance of having a backup plan and being adaptable
- How Christina leverages her previous career and experience when it comes to working with clients
- Why it’s imperative to work with clients that are aligned to you
- Giving yourself grace and enjoying the journey
Top 3 Business Challenges:
- Embracing showing up consistently may look differently for you than it does for other business owners. Not getting caught up in the comparison trap of “Am I doing enough?” Trusting your own process, knowing when to make an intentional effort at maintaining visibility by planning ahead for LIFE.
- Being too close to your business, what your gifts are and what you are able to do with joy and ease. Remembering to speak to your strengths so that others can see you and allowing yourself to be seen without having to do more to earn it.
- Finding reliable talent that you can count on to help offload tasks that drain you or eat up a lot of your time. Constantly revisiting how I spend my time, taking a nonjudgmental approach to evaluating myself and my output (being hard on myself for not meeting the deadlines I may set for myself). Ensuring I’m prioritizing time to continue to learn ways to optimize my day, workflow, and systems in my business to keep me growing without compromising on my presence and quality of my services.
