Les McGaugh currently serves as the Procurement Director for the City of Fayetteville. Les brings innovation and strategic vision to his role, striving for efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Les is deeply committed to public service and professional development. He serves as the President of both the Arkansas Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (ARNIGP) and the Arkansas Public Fleet Professionals Association (APFPA), where he advocates for excellence and innovation in governmental practices.
Beyond his professional affiliations, Les is a dedicated spiritual leader, serving as a Pastor in his community. Les is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in Operations Enduring Freedom (OEF), Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT).
