Michael Greene, Procurement Administrator for the City of Tempe, has over 30 years of experience working in public sector organizations like the Arizona Department of Transportation and local school districts. With certifications as a C.P.M. and CPPO, Michael is an expert in the field. He holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and a Master’s in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
Lisa Goodman, Senior Procurement Officer for the City of Tempe, brings over 28 years of purchasing experience to the table. She holds certifications including NIGP-CPP, CPPO, and CPPB. An advocate for public procurement, Lisa is an active member of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing and the National Procurement Institute. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
