Professor Koos Malan has been a state prosecutor, a magistrate and he is currently a professor at the University of Pretoria. He has authored two books, "There is no Supreme Constitution: A Critique of Statist-individualist Constitutionalism" and "Politiocracy - a critique of the coercive logic of the territorial state and ideas around a response to it."
