Its been 2 months since the news of the Pegasus Spyware Debacle. In this light, the Government of West Bengal has instituted a Commission of Inquiry to investigate the issue. Responding to the Public Notice calling for statements, a digital rights NGO, called Internet Freedom Foundation has sent across a submission to the Commission.
