It’s no surprise that Privacy of individuals living in a country has become the top most concern for a state and its subjects. in times like these, it becomes imperative to discuss data governance models which are adopted by the most powerful nations. We argue that the governance models of US, EU and China are a mere farce, something which can collapse any moment.
