Welcome everyone to our podcast. Today we're going to talk about bilingualism. My name is Mauricio Padilla, and I am a member of FUNIFELT´s community manager. To learn more about this topic we are here with Jermaine Sylvester McDougald director of ELT Business Development at the International Center of Foreign Languages and Cultures at the University of la Sabana.
FUNIFELT has participated in TESOL Colombia 2021, and during the event we explained the era of bilingualism through our technological tools, in this case, our apps to learn English. At the same time, FUNIFELT has been selected as a finalist as one of the best institutions that promote the English Language in Colombia. English is an important language in our society but unfortunately, not all Colombians speak English. And that’s why we want to tell you a little bit more about English language learning and bilingualism in Colombia.
