What it doooo! The Deli is back open after Ryan’s vacation hiatus and ready to get back into the swing of things. With the conclusion of the NBA Draft, the guys want to discuss what they feel is a recent trend with draft selections. Teams are seemingly making big “reaches” by drafting players with little production over more proven talent. Case in point, the Milwaukee Bucks selection of AJ Johnson. Why are we seeing more proven players like a Reece Beekman end up on two way contracts versus being drafted? Is it now a must to draft a superstar over a player to fill a roster hole? Who or what caused this trend? Tune in to hear what the fellas have to say! Sorry for the upload delay and shout out to Ryan’s washer/dryer.
