Adam Atallah, Director of Sports Performance at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (CHCA), joins The Sidelines. Adam is a graduate of CHCA (Class of 2007), and Miami (OH) University, as he earned his degree in Entrepreneurship and played football for the Redhawks. As Director of Sports Performance at CHCA, Coach A leads daily strength training sessions in the weight room and teaches student athletes about the importance of full-body nutrition and exercise. However, his impact goes much deeper than physical fitness. Coach A is a faithful man of God, and he won't ever apologize for it. In this episode, the guys and Adam break down his mindset and overall approach to training high school athletes, most importantly in the order of spirit, mind, and body. They also discuss the Grown Man Project, a movement co-founded by Adam, which holds the powerful vision of men locking arms with one another as they fight to bring faith and purpose to their work, families, and communities.
