I mean…. venting is good. But… for how long though? I think it’s time we do something about it.

Let me first tell you why having anxieties, especially during a Pandemic is actually counter-intuitive. Because if you are actually ….scared of contracting COVID being anxious actually increases your chances of contracting it! Sounds crazy? Hear me out in the episode.
