In this episode, our Executive Director begins a mini-series based on Family Time Trainings consultation program. These "Coaching Corner" episodes will be about 10 minutes a piece and are meant to introduce concepts that we feel are important for a healthy family ministry philosophy, plan, & practice to take root in your church. The first topic emphasizes the importance of Senior Pastors in the family ministry culture of a given church.
