Painkiller
- 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Cream of Coconut
- 4 oz. -or- 240 ml. Pineapple juice
- 2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Rum
Instructions:
- Pour orange juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and rum into a shaker.
- Shake over ice for 30 seconds
- Open pour into double rocks
- (Optional) garnish with fresh nutmeg
