Silver Slopes - via Love to Know
- 1½ ounces rum
- 1 ounce blue curaçao
- ½ ounce orgeat (or sub with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters)
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Prosecco to top off
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, rum, blue curaçao, orgeat (or orange bitters), and lemon juice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Top off with prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
