Rosa Maria Rosado was a hard working mother, daughter and unfortunate victim of a broken system of violent offenders. The senseless taking of her life was not the story she wrote for herself but was ultimately the one to bring down the endless violence of a predator and possible serial killer.
What should have never happened to her along with others and the story to follow make for a hard truth to swallow. Life isn't always fair.
