There are so many things "thought" which are really just assumptions based on people not ever really researching anything for themselves and instead of believing whatever they are told too. Black Americans and Americans in general really don't even want to vote, they don't research the politicians, etc, and aren't concerned because it feels so distant to their realities of being a human and existence in America.
This new "Voter Outreach" is really self-serving for those who want to seem important and know that the uneducated (on the topics at hand, not school-related) are easier victims than those in the know. Meaning those interested in the interworkings of society and public local & national politics. These people are none other or different from pimps basically taking advantage of people for their votes.
