In this episode, Coach Dana Shakarchy talks about how to integrate physical wellness into your life while keeping all important areas in mind. She believes that wellness is not “one-size-fits-all”, and enjoys helping clients learn how to make changes (that are sometimes very simple) to become a healthier version of themselves. In this conversation we talk about finding harmony within all aspects of your life, how “hiding” in particular areas of comfort may have you avoiding others, and how intuitive your body really is if you listen to it properly. Dana is a wellness coach and her nutrition philosophy is based on the premise that wellness cannot be a one size fits all approach. Everyone should feel empowered to embody wellness in a way that feels most honest to them. Living well is a deliberate and daily choice and is a constantly evolving journey.

Our bodies are the most finely tuned, advanced, and intelligent resource on the planet. Yet we live in a saturated world where the noise becomes loud, and we become challenged to tune in. There is a clear connection between how we feel in our bodies, our nutrition and movement, and how we show up to ourselves and in the world.
