Jesus was no stranger to stress and overwhelm. The social pressure was immense. He was constantly bombarded with questions. He had to be intentional about his words. Jesus lived in times of civil unrest. He carried a lot of weight on his shoulders. Understanding our needs, and the various pressures of daily life and world, Jesus has gone before us by confronting, enduring, and conquering the anxiety we face.
